    突然想起来进公司时做的性格测试

    4种类型:Intuitor,sensor,thinker,feeler

     

    Intuitor和sensor相对应,一个勤于思考,一个勤于行动

    thinker和feeler对应,一个客观冷静,一个亲和力强

     

    回答题目打分,根据分数来确定倾向于什么性格。题目分两类,一类是正常情况下,一类是有压力的情况下。

     

    在正常情况下,有1个Intuitor,2个feeler,2个sensor,其他人都是thinker。在压力状态下大多数人回答问题都会趋向于行动派,尽快取得结果,结果都成为了sensor,只有个别人还保持思考,成为thinker。

     

    记得测试结果是,阔佬是Intuitor,压力下成为thinker,而我在无压力状态下已经是满分的sensor,压力状态依然是sensor。

     

     

    不知道这个结果是意味着我在压力下和非压力状态下行为保持一致,还是意味着我一旦受到压力就会崩溃?

     

    其实,这些测试只是填写“我认为我会采取的行动”。在现实中,大家自认为的和会采取的行动,往往会有较大差距,尤其是一些有压力或者利益攸关的事情上。直觉告诉我,某些不是sensor的同学比我更沉不住气,哈哈~

    这个测试本来用做learning space的研究,本意是了解你的学习习惯,用做性格测试,我只敢给50%的credit。 不要迷信它,不过可以参考。其实我觉得你介于thinker和sensor之间。
